We serve a French inspired prix fixe menu with choices at each course. In addition to the extensive wine list, a wine pairing menu is offered nightly with wines chosen by Sommelier Scott Tracy and Ken to match each dish on the menu, show-casing his passionfor food and wine.

Attached to the Inn is one of the Valley’s finest restaurant La Toque – rated among the top 20 restaurants in America by Wine Spectator (March 31, 2000). Chef Ken Frank developed his distinctive style of “California Cuisine,” emphasizing and showcasing local farm-fresh vegetables and ingredients, some two decades ago at the original La Toque in West Hollywood.

Frank offers the same innovative French cuisine with a California twist at his second La Toque restaurant at Ranch Caymus. The restaurant features an ever-changing prix fixe dinner menu combining Frank’s popular signature dishes and new creations.

La Toque is open for dinner only – Wednesday through Sunday, with two seatings at 5:30 and 8:30 pm. Outdoor patio service also available, weather permitting.
