Rancho Caymus accommodates events up to 80 people in our outdoor courtyard and two indoor venues that provide a distinctive and unique atmosphere. Rancho Caymus is pleased to partner Cindy Pawlcyn catering. Cindy is a distinguished chef with multiple restaurants in Napa Valley. All weddings at Rancho Caymus are required to use Cindy Pawlcyn’s catering services. Our expert staff and wedding planner partners will ensure you will never forget your wedding in Napa Valley.
This quaint Napa Valley inn is the perfect location for your event in Rutherford, CA. Whether it is corporate meetings of 18 in the Rutherford Room to full service dining parties of 80 in the Mont St. John Room or even the intimacy of a two person elopement in our Garden Courtyard, this Napa Valley Inn can facilitate our guest’s needs.
Executive Meetings can be facilitated by Rancho Caymus’ management staff to make planning your meetings easy. We will assist with all facets of planning needs, from audio / visual equipment to catering menus and even group transportation off property, through one contact. Rest assured, your program will be professional managed. In addition, groups that are looking for an even more unique setting for their Napa Valley executive meeting needs can be accommodated at our sister property, Flora Springs Winery, amid hundreds of acres of organic vines. Again, all arrangements will be handled though our management team.
Fees & Deposits
A deposit is due within seven (7) days of the event date being chosen by the client. Half of the estimated event total is due sixty (60) days prior to the event; the balance is payable seven (7) days prior to your event. All set up, clean up and complete staffing of your event is included.
